Success in business is not an impossibility. Many have started their businesses from scratch without any idea of the path to success in that business yet overtime they become successful. Every successful life leaves foot prints for others who want to attain to the same status to follow. To be successful is to be happy! Many people who live in depression trace their problem to not knowing how to succeed in their various fields of human endeavour. Having taken time to research and find out the common characteristics shared by those who have shown by their achievements that they know how to succeed in Business; I have broken them down here in clear and simple terms;
1. Becoming successful is a result of convincing yourself that it is attainable;
The path of success begins in the mind and with faith in God. You must convince yourself that those who have succeeded are not better than you in any way. Every successful life has demonstrated extreme self belief and conviction that they are born to be successful. The mind agrees with you whether you convince yourself that you can succeed or cannot, so better to tell yourself that you can succeed and then look for how to attain success in Business.

2. Succeeding in Business requires you to have a strong desire to do and succeed at something different from what others are doing;
Success in life and business is tied to what makes you different from the rest. The market is flooded with people doing the same thing the same way, so any one who comes up with a better and different way of doing any common task is on the path of success. So put your brain to work and come up with intelligent innovation. Success opportunities always come to the innovative.

3. Identify what you want to succeed at;
You are up for success when you refuse to be a jack of all trades and master of none. Every successful life stuck with doing one thing well. To be successful means to be a person of intense focus. How to be a success is not unconnected at all with doing one thing excellently first and knowing how to succeed at it before trying to do some other thing.

4. How to become successful is also tied to working with a vow. Becoming a success in business entails that you vow that you would not give up until you succeed at what you have set out to do. The path of success is not always smooth and such vows keep you throttling on even when the quest for success is not palatable.

5. Keys to success includes;
Learning how to encourage yourself when the going becomes tough. Don’t expect not to face opposition as you go along. Every successful life attests to the fact that most times they had only themselves to encourage themselves.


6. Success in Business hardly come to those who think that because they’re working for themselves they can put in very little effort and succeed. You are up for success when you see yourself as if you're working for a very strict boss who takes no nonsense. The path of success is to determine how many hours you should be working daily and make sure you complete them every day.
