Necessities for fulfilling Destiny (2)-Knowing what is important
Most times misplaced priority is what eventually lead people
to failure. Simply put, it means taking as important what will not benefit your
purpose in life and taking what will benefit your overall purpose and success
in life as less important. Only the dynamic or the person who is ever ready to
change for the better gains success in the long run. There are a few guidelines
by which anyone can learn to know what is important per time and this includes:
v
Right use of your time: life ultimately is about
time management; therefore making the right use of your time everyday is very
important. It is the stitch made in time that saves nine! Any action carried
out too early or too late never gives successful result. Time is like currency
in the hands of anyone that shouldn’t be wasted but invested for maximum
productivity.
v
Proper handling of your ideas: ideas they say
rule the world; some out of ignorance threw away a would be multi-national
company that came their way in the form of an idea; they placed little value on
it and were not willing to go through the pains of developing the ideas. Never judge
the power of any idea that you received concerning your success on face value. Try
it out!
v
Having the right people on your team: your team
is made up of people who you intend to work with so as to achieve your purpose.
You must make it a top priority to build an effective team; for a chain is as
strong as the weakest link.
v
Your Assets: don’t disregard your assets. Your assets
could be defined as those your tangible or intangible possessions that could
help you to achieve your aims directly or indirectly. For example good health
is one often overlooked asset, same with certain gifts and natural abilities
that some individuals possess apart from financial or material assets.
v
Decision Making: most people fail to face the
fact that they are where they are today as a result of the decision they made
in the past or didn’t make. Don’t be hurried into making any decision in life. Take
time to ponder and make wise consultations when necessary; this is where having
a mentor comes in useful.
v
The Vision you pursue: Don’t pursue any vision
that is unimportant to you, and don’t decide to begin to do anything because
you saw some others succeeding at it. You must have your own personal inner
convictions, spiritual or emotional reasons for pursuing your vision so as to make
it top priority.
v
Your Plan for Achievement: your plan is like
your blue print and deviating from it most times spells failure. How much
importance you attach to your plans also determines how much importance your
team attaches to it.
I see you succeeding!
